Dharma Texts update July 2010

As at end 2009, we have printed and transported five hundred sets of the precious Dharma Texts to Riwoche Great Monastery.

In early March 2010, the Great Practitioner, The Most Venerable Lama Jigme Choedrak Rinpoche from Taklung Yarthang Monastery was invited to give rare and important Teachings of the Taklung Kagyu Lineage to about 400 monks including His Holiness Kyabgon Phachok Rinpoche and His Eminence Dhungsey Kunga Jigme Rinpoche. These Teachings which lasted for about two months included liberating instructions and supporting oral transmissions.

The Most Venerable Lama Jigme Choedrak Rinpoche is the disciple of the late H.H. Kyabgon Shabdrung Rinpoche, the late H.H. Kyabgon Ma Rinpoche as well as the late H.H. Kyabgon Tsetul Rinpoche. He is a highly respected religious and learned figure in Tibet.

As at June 2010, we still need funds to print 300 sets of the Dharma Texts.
We appeal to your kind generosity to support the printing of the Taklung Kagyu Lineage Dharma Texts.

In deep gratitude,
Riwoche Great Monastery and Dharma Texts Project Team
The Most Venerable Lama Jigme Choedrak Rinpoche.
